BLACKSBURG — The Virginia Tech women’s basketball team (15-6, 7-3) returns to the court on Sunday afternoon when they take on Boston College (15-7, 6-5).
The Hokies fell at No. 20 Notre Dame earlier this week 68-55 in their first contest in a week. The Eagles enter the contest after defeating Virginia 65-57 Thursday night. Guard Cameron Swartz led the Eagles with a game-high 18 points.
Sunday is National Girls and Women in Sports Day at Cassell Coliseum and the game is Tech’s Play4Kay date. The Hokies will wear pink accessoories on the court.
